I am grateful to introduce myself as a member of the Bay Psychology team! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, and I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My clinical focus includes working with youth, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, parental separation, and stress.

Prior to entering the field of psychotherapy, I completed a postgraduate certificate in Wellness Coaching and worked as a research associate at The Hospital for Sick Children. These roles allowed me to support individuals in making meaningful lifestyle changes and deepened my commitment to holistic well-being.

In my work, I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative therapy and person-centered practices. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. I view therapy as a meaningful space for personal growth, self-discovery, and building resilience. I am honoured to support clients on their journey toward mental wellness.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors. I played varsity volleyball at both Nipissing University and Humber College and continue to share my love for the sport by coaching youth volleyball in my community. In my free time, you’ll often find me hiking with my two dogs, paddleboarding, camping, playing volleyball, or enjoying time by the lake.
